If you cannot connect to our server since June 6th, 2015 in morning, you should read this: We updated our list of encryption algorithms (called TLS ciphers) by removing some old ciphers that should no longer be used because they are insecure. If you use a very old client and/or operating system you may now no longer be able to connect. If you have problems connecting, first make sure that you use the most up-to-date version of your client (e.g. Pidgin is known to work in the newest version). If you still have trouble connecting, please contact us and name your client and operating system, including their respective versions.
