jabber.wien: End of life August 2018

We have decided to stop offering jabber.wien accounts by August 2018 (that's more then a year from now). <.

A few years ago we registered the domain jabber.wien, but it had so few users that we eventually disabled registration again.

Stability problems and ejabberd upgrade

In Wednesday (February 8) we had severe stability problems with ejabberd, the software we use for our Jabber/XMPP server. . Today we resorted to rebooting the server and upgrading ejabberd to the newest version (17.01) in the process.
